Benjamin Abugri is a Certified Knowledge Manager and the Knowledge Management and Outreach Officer for FARA. He is the Lead Specialist responsible for implementing activities of the Knowledge Management, Learning and Communications functions. He has vast experience in Knowledge Management, Communications, outreach, networking, coordination, Project Management and Community Engagement. Before Joining FARA in February 2017, he worked as Knowledge Management Specialist for the University Research Company (URC) USAID funded Systems for Health Project; Knowledge Management Program Manager for the John Snow (JSI) Health Research & Training Institute USAID funded SPRING Project; and Knowledge Management & New Initiatives Coordinator for World Vision International. Before taking up Knowledge Management roles in 2013, he spent over 6 years working as Programme Officer implementing projects in Food Security & microfinance, Health, Education, Water & Sanitation, and Child Sponsorship in rural communities of Ghana. He holds a B.Ed in Accounting & Business Management from The University of Cape Coast, Ghana; a Postgraduate Certificate in M&E from The University for Development Studies, Ghana and an MBA in Strategic & Project management from the Paris Graduate School of Management, France.
