Greetings,
I read your projects profile with great interest, and would like to know if you are active in Mali or one of their neighbouring countries.
I currently volunteer for three small, grassroots local NGO’s in Mali spanning 3 regions. My mandate is to source training opportunities. All three groups are active in local villages with a regenerative agroforestry program, and your rainwater/forest concept would fit nicely.
The groups are currently being asked by villagers outside of the agroforestry for training on living fences, and silvopastoral systems to improve the situation between the farmers and the herders. Naturally, we all know that water also plays a huge role in agriculture and animal husbandry.
We look forward to hearing from you
